Add an appropriate amount of grease to the sand making machine every 400 hours of operation, and open the main shaft assembly for cleaning the bearings in pairs after 2000 hours of operation. Generally, replace the bearings after 7200 hours of operation. The upper bearing of the main shaft assembly is the floating end, and the lower bearing is the fixed end.
